Created a four level system to be implemented for ballet training,
Created a blackboard organization for all instructors of ballet at Temple University to have easy and standardized access to information about the courses they teach,
Created Standards for each Level of ballet with regards to both content and methods of assessment, Instituted and conducted placement classes to enforce proper training of dancers, Compiled list of sheet music from the classical repertory for accompanists to use for ballet classes,
Compiled list of variations from the classical repertory with accompanying piano score and organized by level to be taught by instructors in each level of ballet,
Choreographed and videotaped audition sequences for use by department in BFA and Graduate auditions
Mentor other ballet instructors teaching within the TU Department of Dance,
Attained certification in the American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum, Levels Primary-7 and Partnering
Conduct Romantic and Baroque Dance Workshops for Graduate students in music and dance exploring the roots of Western concert dance
Set variations from The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Grand Pas Classique, Paquita, La Fille mal Gardee, Flower Festival at Genzano, Le Corsaire, Giselle, Raymonda, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, and The Sleeping Beauty, which students performed in informal end-of-semester showings.
